Return Policy

All footwear purchased from Nettleton Shoes may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Each shoe must be in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or the sole of the shoe).

The shoes must be in the complete original packaging and subject to a $35.00 re-stocking fee.
We also require sending us actual photos of shoes to prove the shoes is delivered in good condition and is not yet used prior to returning it.

We could only accept the following reasons for return:

1. Actual shoes do not fit.
2. Client received wrong style, wrong size, wrong width and wrong color versus client's actual order.
